The Moon Rhymes in Frost photo gallery

Thank you to everyone that joined us on Tuesday 12 March for The Moon Rhymes in Frost workshop.

Led by our host pastry chef, Ethan Kan, this hands-on session helped participants to learn to craft a variation of a snow skin mooncake.

Mooncakes, traditionally associated with lunar festivities, took on a twist as we paid homage to the celestial and embraced the symbolism of seeds in the snow. Through hands-on guidance, participants worked with grains and seeds to make their own pastry from scratch.

To hear about future workshops sign up to our monthly newsletter and make sure to follow us on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
